Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel pays 100% of premium costs for all benefit eligible team members. Our insurance policy includes medical, dental, and vision with low office visit copays and preventative covered at 100%. Spousal and dependent coverage is available too for a low monthly premium cost.
Every benefit eligible team member is automatically enrolled in a $25,000 Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy.
Ensure you will still have a source of income if you need to be away from work for up to twelve weeks with our Short Term Disability plan. It will cover up to 60% of your weekly earnings to a maximum of $300 for up to twelve weeks of unpaid leave.
All full-time team members will accrue 18 days of paid time off and holidays in their first year. This continues to grow with each year of service to a maximum of 31 days.
All full time team members are benefit eligible after two months of consecutive employment with Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel. Newly hired full time team members will be enrolled by the first of their third month of service.
